Peak Summer Camps 2018

Parents, players, and coaches,

Returning this summer to Southern Ontario is the newest ringette camp, PEAK, developed and taught by the Nosal sisters. Each one of the sisters have competed at the international level and have won world championships in ringette. Our focus is to use our experience and acquired knowledge from competing at this level to help the players in your association develop their skills in the sport of ringette. We also want to inform you that this summer we are opening a camp near you in Dorchester, Ontario, August 20 to 24!

At our Dorchester camp we will be offering a U10/12, U14/16 and a "Summit" group. Each group will have instructional ice sessions and scrimmages, as well as off-ice fitness, interactive classroom strategy sessions, and various fun challenges and games. Specifically, our "Summit" group is for U16 and U19 A/AA players and for those who aspire to compete at the highest levels of ringette. This division will include advanced drills and fitness and each participant will receive a fitness program to take home. We hope to benefit both the development of players and the sport of ringette through this endeavour.

Registration for all PEAK camps is now open and spots are limited, as we guarantee smaller group sizes compared to other ringette camps to ensure better individual instruction and more frequent participation in drills.
